Turnkey project management, real business experience
GreenStage Services was founded by Con Murphy, who brings more than 20 years of business, consulting and operations management experience, gained in Ireland and internationally, to environmental work.
Con has led large-scale, complex projects in both the public and private sectors, and has a track record of winning and managing EU grant funding. Most recently, he led the finance function of a national water quality programme supporting farmers across Ireland. His wider experience includes coordinating a US$11 million energy programme involving more than 100 investors and private landowners. He has also directed the development of an off-grid eco-community, managing up to 40 staff across four construction projects at once on an environmentally sensitive site.
For clients, that means turnkey project management from a single point of contact: securing funding, planning, stakeholder engagement, budgets and compliance, through to delivery and reporting. All of it is backed by hands-on commercial experience of running businesses, negotiating contracts and closing deals.
Con holds a Bachelor of Business and Law and an MSc in Environmental Sustainability from University College Dublin, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Biomethane Development.
